I don't know what peopleare talking about when it comes to graphics issues but Im not having any graphic issues is running very smooth. Yes a few bugs here and there but nothing major. Protip: don't try and turn it to the highest settings if your graphics card isnt made for that. Also to those with 4gb graphics cards it does say minimum is 6gb.

To be honest, its fun for the first five minutes. However, it seems very slow compared to other civ titles Ive played. Originally I thought there was going to be more to it than there is but, to my dismay its just a regular civ sort of game with some cutscenes about each time you go up in civ. I wish there was more to it than there was. Another problem is once your overpowered or underpowered theres no snowballing whatsoever.

Its CDPR, in a month the bugs will be gone but other than that its a BLOODY fantastic game. So much detail so much to do omgosh.

Honest to god was worth my 20 bucks (30AUD) The game is defs a party game. But even though its competitive it doesnt feel like it. Honestly its a super cute and fun game. Don't worry about the negative reviews going forward right now the game got a lot of hype and like most massive multiplayer online games, launch day is never smooth. Their servers are having a bit of a hickup right now but by the time you actually buy and play it the servers will be stable again. Don't give into the negative reviews. It honestly is the same gameplay as the trailers.

Got a bed 10/10 would buy again.

So after two years i've finally come to the point of writing a review.

So first off lets remove the "game" tag, this isnt a game moreso a social platform. Its unique in that sense. Yes, its not out of early access and it still to this day has a long way to go. In this social platform you can be any matter of creative you can be. You could be a box you could be a girl or a boy maybe even an animal. Thats up to you.

Lets comment on latency of the platform:

Network IK has made big strides over the past year, however its still not 100% yet. There are still major issues. At the moment of this review there is a significant network latency in large populated worlds where it cant keep up over the network causing the IK to bug and freeze. There was this same issue last year before they smoothed out the IK (which made IK worse). Maybe a middle ground between this patch and last fix is needed as I dont think the network can keep up with demand.

Lets now comment on the social side of this platform:

It all depends on where you go. Youre not going to fit in everywhere. Theres some real nasty people out there its like real life in that respect. If you are desktop its a little bit harder to understand as VR does give you depth perception and I think it has something to do with tricking the brain that youre actually there. I would wholeheartedly not suggest if you have severe mental illnesses to get involved with this game until you are better. This platform can either make you feel better or make you go 100% worse dependant on the interactions you have. There are people out there that are horrible to be around that will go out of thier way to bring you further down. However, there are equally if not more of people that are supportive. Just take precautions online and you'll be fine.

let's get onto the controversy:

Yes, while its not permitted by ToS of the social platform you will run into adult themes. No mod can be everywhere and anywhere however you can report it wont stop them being lewd AF (I'm not talking about the private worlds I'm talking about people being degenerates in publics which I really think they need to stop what they are doing because nobody wants to hear someone doing that crap the minute they walk into public worlds like wth dude). Some avatars are REALLY borderline. For this reason, if you are letting your kid on here monitor their interactions honestly there are some creeps out there.

Let's talk about the mirror simulator:

You'll see this a lot people floating in the air in full body sitting in front of a mirror for hours on end. basically theres so much drama at a certain amount of hours I think people just go to the mirror to escape the drama. Don't become one with the mirror its not worth it.

Who would I recommend this to?

I would recommend people OVER the age of 18 that its a cool place to hang out and meet people. I'm worried for younger people getting into the wrong crowds or worse. I would recommend that all parents should monitor their childs usage of any social platform anyway but especially when it comes to this social platform and please for the love of all things holy... don't buy your child full body thats only asking for trouble. There are maps there that are aimed for kids to have fun like adventure maps but I would stay out of public clubs and bars. Maybe join with them and go these places with them to make sure they are safe.

All up I honestly really enjoy my time with friends and parties but I do have legitimate concerns for others. In the end I would recommend this game just be careful online because honestly this isn't a game.

Look I’m going to start off by saying the PR approach for this game was extremely bad. Take the criticism as it comes it will help you develop a better game.

Gameplay in itself is okay if not a tad outdated. However questing is extremely broken and test translations felt like a google translate rather than someone actually translating it.

Voice acting for this game is lacking, voices are emotionless and somewhat can add a little cringe factor there needs to be more emotion in the voice acting it feels like they are repeating the same lines over and over again getting bored.

All in all this is still in early access and it’s pretty unpolished for something to be released to the public as a closed/paygate beta.

Another thing before buying a founders pack is that you need to know that all your specials are one character only so pick carefully, to be honest though it’s quite a rip off with that case.

Should you buy it now? Simple answer is no, wait another couple of months to let them have a chance at fixing it.

Omg this game is fun haha. I like the mechanic where instead of saving yourself you have to fill yourself to win :) I reccomend this game to you guys and your friends
