...Apparently i've not reviewed this game yet. So here goes.

Crosscode Is.. Well, it's a top-down Action RPG with Pixel Art and Puzzle-based Dungeons.
There's both more and less to say than that, and I find it hard for me to say much more.

This is a very good game, but I'm incredibly biased to favor it, for a variety of personal reasons. So this isn't a detailed review, and probably never will be.

It's a good game, it's fun, and has a pretty nice chunk of content to play through. The story isn't the best, but it's not terrible either, and you might get more invested than you expect to, anyways.

This is... Probably one of my favorite games to come out recently. It's a very comfy game, just in general; the music is nice and calming, and the art is adorable!

On surface glance, it probably seems similar to, say, Getting over it, or maybe Jump King, but, i'd honestly say it's very distinct: Compared to those two, the gameplay here is far more precise; maybe comparable to jump king in that way, but this is much more of a puzzle than that.
Aside from that, this game has checkpoints. Like actual checkpoints. You can't just lose all your progress willy-nilly like you could in those two games, which is a major plus as far as "anti-frustration" goes.

In an odd way, the game makes me think of Celeste, or actually, more specifically, albeit likely more niche... WaveLand. When you get comfortable and used to the game, it becomes progressively faster, but the game does a good job at throwing new puzzles at you as you climb-- and they are puzzles. There was a section i was stuck at for an hour because i just couldn't figure out how i was supposed to get enough speed... then i figured it out, and away i went!

TL;DR: Fun little precision platformer game, rich with speedrunning potential. Despite surface level comparison to "Frustration Platformers", It's probably most similar to more general precision platformers, like Celeste or WaveLand. And besides all that... It's Cute!

I'm not sure what to say here. I suppose i'm a bit late to the party, but, i think that doesn't really matter. What follows is probably the closest to a proper review that i can give of this game.

This is a good story. I can't say much about the contents, outside of the vaguest overtures, because i don't want to spoil it.
I am also heavily biased in regards to this story. For a number of reasons, mostly related to aesthetic preferences & personal life experiences.
This is a story that, as the description says, is about Identity, Roleplay, and Dreams. In addition, i would mention that there is a kind of... undertone about Escapism, which I imagine you could grasp by the game name, but, who knows?

Anyways. I'd recommend it; The music is great, the presentation is distinct in what it wants to be, and the story's pretty good too.

Well. This is one of those games that makes me wish for a "neutral" recommended option on steam.
RE:CALL is not a bad game, far from it, but... It's not quite a "good" game either.
The concept is great! Well. Starts great. The first half of the game handles it fairly well, and explores it quite a bit.
The second half, becomes a slog.

The usage of the core mechanic, the namesake of the game, is barely even present in the second half of the game. They try exploring other ideas... but those wind up being shallow, and underdeveloped.
Furthermore, the puzzle design combined with the gameplay design, leaves some things to be desired; the nature of the game is such that, well, you WILL be repeating some actions, quite a bit. And unfortunately, this takes time. Not much, mind you-- they at least had the foresight to speed it up, but...
Repetition adds up. combined with the relatively slow movement speed of the characters...
It all just served to make it feel more and more like a slog.

Last to mention, the story: It's not bad. It's not great. It's honestly, not really fleshed out, unfortunately: It feels like they tried to play it out into some almost grand conspiracy being foiled but...
Well, they didn't have the time, nor resources, nor ideas, to create such a thing in actuality.
So it feels shallow, undeveloped, like there's ideas left on the cutting room floor, doomed to be forgotten: We get what may be a peek into a world which was likely far greater when the writers created it, but ultimately had to get pared down for the sake of an actual release.

TL;DR: The game isn't bad, just not great; the core idea is interesting & fun, but the game becomes a slog about halfway through. Story isn't earning any awards. Pick it up if you liked the demo, but only if it's on sale.

Very nice little Idle/Incremental game, definitely one of the better ones I've ever played.
Visually, it's somewhat flashy; by the end there's all sorts of effects on screen, yet I didn't notice any slowdown at all, which, knowing the genre's propensity for slowdown even in games without graphics, is a sign of some level of quality.
The gameplay loop is fairly satisfying, and there's plenty of room for strategizing, although some options are without a doubt better than others.
Lastly, the playtime...
It took me about 3 days of play to beat it. In the realm of Idle/Incrementals... I'd honestly consider that quite short.
However! What it lacks in quantity (of playtime, at least, it had Gnorps to spare!) I would say it certainly makes up for in quality. And besides, it's only ~7 USD at base price, and it goes on sale occasionally.
All in all, if it looks appealing to you, I'd recommend giving it a buy; it's clear a lot of effort was put into it.

TL;DR: Relatively shorter for an Idle/Incremental, lasting only 3 days, but more than makes up for it in quality. Plus, it's cheap.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful games I've ever played.
Well, at least. I think it is.
See, I played through, about half of the game. But, oddly enough...
It would crash sometimes. And keep crashing. eventually, i got to a part i couldn't progress anymore, cause it would crash whenever i got there.
And so, no matter how beautiful I think it is...
I can't recommend it. Not unless i get a chance to give it another go, and finish it. For what it's worth, I am on Linux, so it may be an issue with my distro. I plan to give it another shot some day, on a different system. But for now, this is all I can say.

So. I beat the game. Here are my thoughts for the first go-around, of which I'm certain there will be more, as is given with Visual Novels of this sort.

A game which, at one point, came across to me as, and i quote, "Some kind of Schizophrenia Collectothon", as i collected more and more voices within my head.
Now, I would consider it, a love story, let's say.
Best not to say more than that though.

Play it yourself, and go in blind. You'll figure out pretty quickly if it's for you or not, within a time where you could refund.

Fairly nice short little Puzzle game. If you enjoyed "The Room" series of puzzle games, this is probably right up your alley. By my own experience, it felt a bit easier and less content filled than The Room games, but it's still worth a try, at least when on sale.
