This game was really really difficult when I started. I got the game back in 2015 when it came out on xbox but my skill in it progressed fairly quickly and the game felt so rewarding I would consider it addictive. 2000 hours later I still love it and it never bores me. Makes me super duper angry? Yes. Toxic? Occasionally but sometimes that toxicity is hilarious when the person talking ♥♥♥♥ messes up and leaves the game.
