Hehe :) At least upgrading a desktop is usually cheaper than having to buy a completely new laptop, to upgrade!

It's even more amazing on a PC, 'specially since you then have Steam Workshop and Skyrim Nexus available, for modding. Oh and console is useful, for being able to fix some bugs (like merchant gold going to 0 randomly or respawning items that have been eaten by bugged mannequins).

The unofficial patches are starting to become pretty useful and if you have the memory available, there are high-res overhaul mods, that improve texture quality. Other mods I like are ones that add pine trees to Whiterun (makes it a much nicer town imo) and a mod that places lanterns around towns and roads (tis pretty at night).

Need to get around to building a decent desktop PC myself, so I can reinstall the high-res mods. I kept crashing Skyrim on this computer, as it would run out of memory :D

Welcome to Steam ;) and Elder Scrolls ish awesome ... been playing Skyrim again, over the Christmas holidays. Another 60+ hours clocked up!
