Something I think a lot of modern horror games have been doing recently, which I adore, is leaving things open to the user's interpretation. Signalis does this very well, and Mouthwashing is one of those games. I find that I don't exercise my media comprehension very often anymore, and I am very please to have games that force you to sit down and think, comprehend and contextualise not only the events of the game, but in some cases events from your life that may be similar. One of the heavy themes of enablers being just as awful as perpetrators is something deeply rooted in my former relationships and has solidified my opinions on many things. The game and story are spectacular and you should buy and play mouthwashing.

incredibly easy, and an uncomfortable amount of robot butt, in a straight and weird way and not a gay way :(. movement is too slow for my taste, and the weapon combos are a little too forced.

a sequel to one of the greatest games ever made, and able to live up to the hype and expectations. excellent iterations on the systems already in place in darkest dungeon 1, and in no way replaces or undermines the original experience. amazing if you want more darkest dungeon, but is absolutely it's own thing and not "darkest dungeon 1, again".
