At first look Cruelty Squad my seem like this schizophrenic mess resembling a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up PS1 game, and it is. Cruelty Squad is a tactical FPS taking place in an insane world where people have access to reanimating technology, making life meaningless. You play as a depressed "liquidator" working for Cruelty Squad, a subsidiary of an unmentioned company, taking hit jobs to assassinate targets of interest and living off of the dopamine rushes from killing and earning money.

The game offers a variety of levels, equitable items, guns, and other secrets for you to discover and play around with. When starting the game it may be best not to rush in head first. Take a look around for alternate routes. Take it slow. The game favors use of caution and stealth. However as you continue to play the game, unlocking new gear and firepower, you may find yourself more confident to take a more direct approach. The game gives more and more freedom to the player the deeper you dive into it.

From what I've seen, the game's appearance has either enticed people or drove them away. Make no mistake its visuals and dialogue are all to be taken at face value. The game is a playable ♥♥♥♥ post and it Gets crazier.
