Honest Review Time

Is Call of Duty Black Ops 3 a good game? Depends how you look at it. It has improved on previous features to make the game better, but I think you have to look at it in sections.

Just quickly some cons that apply to all of the below sections:
*Fps issues

*Not rendering of textures randomly

*Hard crashes (only happpened to me twice, but lots of reports about it)

Campaign

The campaign is the same old same old, it has added in a few things like 4 player co-op campaign and character customization, even if it's just 9 version of the same burly white dude with different haircuts it's a nice touch anyways. The story is kind of interesting, well it was for me at least, a little confusing in good ol' CoD fashion at parts but for the main part it good enough.

Pros:
* Decent length of campaign time

* Allows you to play your own style in the campaign (if you wanna be a sniper you can put that with the more utility skill tree and have invis and such)

* The 4 player co-op campaign is fun for bringing mates along or helping noobs etc.

Cons:
* Can get really repeptitive, go here kill these guys, then kill some more guys (thats just CoD campaign tho)

* I feel like they cut out any parts where you could get some decent background info and understand the characters more, but the devs felt like taking 5 mins to widen the story would ruin the whole game or something.

So the campaign is a 50/50 some good and some bad, lets move onto multiplayer

Multiplayer

I feel this is where the game shines and makes up for a decent ammount of flaws. The recently updated movement system the more immersive maps and the specalist system makes the online a lot more unique. Its still your usually game modes of TDM, F4F, S&D, Domination, and such but with the added elements I think it makes different from the last games.

Pros:
* THE MOVEMENT SYSTEM, the wall running and shooting, the underwater battles and being able to shoot while underwater, and the microthrusts added to the already hectic online and make it much funnier

*The specalist system, it gives ever player that unique feeling when they are playing, you feel original and with the progression system for specalists you can unlock different skins for your specialist so that helps.

* The progression system (FOR GUNS AND SPECALISTS), speaking of this, I like it, I enjoy not only getting the skins for my favourite guns, I can also get unique and eventually rare skins for my specalist.

* The gunsmithing, pretty much think of the create an emblem but for guns, quite fun.

*The loot cases (only the in game earnt currency cases, not the microtransaction ones) they added the feature that every fps has been adding to their games to earn more money but have made it possible to get the cases with in game currency that can be earnt quickly. I would have enough cyropoints (the earnt currency) with about 4-5 good games.

Cons:
*The microtransactions are overpriced for something you can earn quick enough otherwise. Its 1.99 USD for 200 CoD points and that opens a rare case, or 30 cryopoints which is about 15-20 TDM decent matches.

*The actual leveling progression, I think that all the specalists should have been able to be unlocked from the start, I dont want to have to grind to LVL 40 to get the ninja character that isn't better then the specalists you unlock at the start.

*The gun camos not rendering or only semi rendering, if I grind my ass off for a gold camo, I wanna look at it, not the stock camo, not half the camo, the full camo.

The multiplayer has done plenty good to outdo the bad in my books.

Zombies

Just a bit of an improvement from the previous games nothing to special, just some more random ♥♥♥♥, but overall more fun if your into that stuff. Everyone has a different opinion on zombies so I recommened trying it for yourself.

Freerunning mode

They just added in a random mode that doesnt really fit, but i'm not complaining, they didn't tack it on as dlc, and it is quite helpful for learning the movement system and trying to beat records, the courses are well enough designed to be more challenging as you go along, so I like the added mode.

So overall I feel like this CoD has made plenty of improvements to buy it, It has given me enough entertainment for my money's worth and has replay value with the campaign understanding somethings that didn't make sense the first time.

I like to think of it this way, ignore the games between CoD Black Ops 2 and CoD Black Ops 3 and you will think that the series has made a giant improvement.

Batman Arkham Origins is the third game of the series of Batman games. It is a prequel to Arkham Asylum, and you have 8 assassins after you thanks to the joker.

The story is interesting enough, and the fighting has been slightly changed from the other Batman games.

Anyways..

Pros:
Allows you to explore Gotham City
Story is well done
You get to play as Joker for a tiny bit
Graphics are sexy
Boss fights are all unique
Multiplayer isn't that bad

Cons:
Reminds you of Arkham City a little too much
Deathstroke boss fight is super tough for people that don't expect it
Some of the bugs can be annoying, for continuing story
Farcry 3 radio towers, that you have to deactivate to fast travel to that area
Not many people play the Multiplayer anymore.

TL DR: Buy it if you like the other batman games, its the same sort of game with a decent story.
