Early Access Review
EmergeNYC Early Access Review

Summary of the Game
EmergeNTC is a simulation based game that allows you to play as multiple services from the Fire Dept., Police Dept., and EMS Dept.. Although you can play as the police and EMS the fire dept. is were all the effort as of now is being put. As of now you can drive multiple vehicles from trucks to cars that have working lights, sounds, and interactable interrior*. Be aware that the current state of this game is early acess, and if you purchase this game you are aware that you may be playing with unfinsihed textures, shotty graphics/sounds, and glitches/bugs.

My personal take
As of now with the current build of the game I would rate it a 6/10 "Worth considering". If the game gets any better than it is for gameplay, performance, and graphics my rating will most likely go up as well. I bought this game when it was in its early early development build where there was only a few buildings with textures, and very bugy but new features.

Pro(s)
The development team for this game is quite small, and not like a AAA+ using a SaaS system for revenue. As of now this game has quite a bit to offer in its current state. If you're a fan of driving around in emergency vehicles and nothing else you will like this game. As of now you have multiple vehciles to drive around flash your lights and play with the sirens, but with what you can respond to.... nothing much.

Con(s)
Like i've said before I own this game for a while and with only 8 hours of gameplay on it I don't have much room to talk, but what I can talk about is there postpones. Ever since december of 2016 they have announced a multiplayer option that will be released January of 2017. Although FlipSwitchGames is a small company making this game they shouldnt have much excuse for the delays. **PERSONAL NOTE** If you are going to advertise multiplayer, show us a working build, and still keep on delaying it than dont keep saying that multiplayer might come out soon. Just say it wont until futher notice!!!! Don't keep getting us hyped in over mutlipayer that will most likely be buggy, crashy, and shotty. DON'T BE LIKE SEAN MURRAY!!!

Ending
All in all this game is still very good for what we have to play with. But with continue support and funding for the company this game can be quite good. Maybe as good as the Emergency series or if lucky the GTA LSPDFR series. If you have the money and want to be apart of the team to help them build a new game, than this is for you. But if you want to buy this just to drive around and not deal with the graphics, FPS issues, etc than this is not for you. If you just want a solid game base, or gameplay than this isnt for you.

War Thunder is a WW2 style based game that allows you to operate group vehicles, and aircrafts from different countries. You're able to operate vehicles from Russia, USA, Germany, and Japan, and Britain. With a complex penetration system, and crew system this game is the most realistic tank/plane shooter yet. For free?!? If this game is for free there is no way it can be good? Right? Well, let me explain its Pro(s) and Con(s)

Pro(s):
When you get in game the graphics are beautiful, with the sun rays peaking through destroyed buildings while you're in a tank waiting for another tank to pop around the corner is awesome! Being able to angle your tank so they can't penetrate you, yet your able to still penetrate them, and literally straight up ghetto murder their radio operator and commander is awesome! Being able to park your tank and hop in a B-25 (If lucky) to bomb out the enemy in a small town is awesome!

Con(s)
Having to play literally hundreds of hours to get to the good tanks is not awesome. Having what seems like its own mechanics for penetration go against you in the most bullsh*t way is not awesome. Having your gunner and driver killed a lot so you're forced to have to just f**king sit there to to be killed is NOT awesome. And what seems like every time you get shot your barrel splits more than a f**king banana peel is not awesome.

Arcade Mode:
Arcade mode is a great way to get a eye for range finding, and being able to lead targets for the next level Realism Mode. I personally hate arcade mode because it allows you to pull off shots that would in real life be complete and utter bullsh*t. Example: Being able to park your tank, shoot a bullet that is able to literally skim the ground over a hill, through grass, bushes, and trees to end up 1-hitting a tank and exploding their ammo box.

Realism Mode:
Realism mode is where its at. This mode still allows you to see your map-updates over friendly positions, but it removes enemy positions and it also remove the range finder! Or in other words that little cross-hair that tells you where to aim...... This mode is more realistic hint the name, and allows you to really get a feel for tank combat. Tanks are realistic in speed, turning, reloading, and shooting so you get the most out of this mode. Unlike arcade mode you don't get paired with German and Russian tanks, because they never fought next to each other. its just America and Britain.

Simulation Battles:
Its a simulation of a battle.. Friendly fire, no map updates, no range finder, hardest ♥♥♥♥ yet. Good luck!

Final Verdict:
With a collective time of 100 hours on this game I feel as if I can give this game a solid review of 8/10 with a "Yes" to recommendation to friends, family, ♥♥♥♥... your goldfish. This game would easily be a 10/10 if it didnt have its times of bullsh*ttery. But what game doesn't have those?

Digital Combat Simulator from Eagle Dynamics and its associated partners helping make the aircrafts is one not if the best flight simulator out there to date! DCS is classified as a military combat flight simulator, meaning that you will learn how to fly military planes from different countries. You can learn how to fly the MiG-21 from Russia or you can learn how to fly the A-10c Warthog from the USA, and if you feel old you can fly the P-51 Mustang from the USA! Whatever your preference is for flying I am willing to bet you can find your comfort zone here!

Pro(s): The biggest pro of this game in my honest opinion if the learning curve. When you first look at flight simulators you normally say something like "This will take probably a couple of days to master or at least figure out"; but when it comes to DCS it is not like that. When you hop in game and see the advanced flight mechanics of this game on top of the complex operating features of each aircraft you start to get overwhelmed. Seriously. The pros go on and on!

Con(s): This game is not a keyboard and mouse only game. I repeat. You cannot play this game (effectively) without crashing, and getting yelled at all the time by your wingman(s) with just a keyboard and mouse. In order to play this game effectively you need to drop some money on a nice or at least sufficient joystick & throttle, or HOTAS system. Getting a TrackIR is a recommendation, but not a must have. It makes dogfighting and target spotting a lot easier, and quicker. It can also improve your skill range, and allow you to make more advanced flight maneuvers. (Look bad*ss)

Without further waiting, I will rate this game a solid 9/10 with a solid YES for recommendation! It would be a fantastic 10/10 if it had a easier flight mechanic for those without a joystick or HOTAS system.
