Lately being my favourite game to play. It's the only first person shooter on the market that has superb movement tech, in simple relevancy terms there's as much movement tech or even more than Quake.
Arena FPS fans would probably love it once they get over the "it plays like a modern shooter" as I find it far from the truth.

Very rewarding once getting the hang of it and the movement is the only reason I even play, neglecting the fact that it's a Battle Royale.

If you've been a fan of Battlerite and craved for a more online RPG experience you SHOULD buy this game, I've played 16 hours in 2 days for context and I havent even left the first zone yet.

Game is ridiculously good, my exact fix for the (MM)O RPG drought I had.

The closest thing you'll ever get to a shooter like COD1/2, ET, MOH.
With movement functioning as COD2/COD4 Promod, a team standing behind the community's choices and having an eSport focus in mind.

Do not buy this game if you expect to have a game with realism, It's made like an Arcade Shooter that requires skill. If you don't pay attention you're dead within a blink of an eye.

Do not pay attention to people giving negative reviews because of a rocky launch, you cannot expect a launch to be flawless from a team that's not even a Triple A studio.

I actually like how the hitreg, fluidness and feel is!

It can improve on some things though.
It doesnt look like a F2p game but defo feels like a f2p game.

The weapon models should be scaleable or atleast have a FOV option to increase or decrease.
Some weapon animations are clunky

The movement itself is clunky when you strafe left or right while running forward, it's killing the momentum you have for running forward, it's really trying to move left or right instead of running diagonally.

A downgrade from GunZ 1, only problem is that it's not as customizable in terms of changing config, there is no replay function, animation cancelling has been removed, lobby system is different now and there are virtually 0 players playing matchmaking

I love the concept, don't get me wrong. It's nearly a MMOFPS.
However the major setdowns were lack of optimization for different videocards and movement

On CSGO and such I play on 60fps higher, I had to turn everything on low to get around 40+fps on this game.

*Movement on the other hand is very clunky, sprinting feels odd, especially strafing left/right while doing it. Don't expect the CoD movement on it.
- Everytime you want to jump, it'll do a leap animation first.
- Weapon switching has a long delay, you can't aim out of sprint, it'll take up around a whole second before you can aim down sight after sprinting (you can animation cancel by unsprinting first and save half a second with it).
- Can't change the FOV
