I'm truly surprised by how utterly terrible this DLC is. Pre-ordered the base game with pretty high expectations, and they mostly met them with the release. Such a promising first year with 3 whole DLCs on the horizon. The first one was decent because it was more Remnant to play. The second was kinda whatever, didn't do a whole lot for me, but still, more Remnant to play. I went into this new one with the same mindset, it can be mid as long as its more remnant to play. I didn't have high expectations because the last DLC wasn't the best, but I had no idea how terrible of a DLC the devs were capable of producing. Terrible story, 3-4 new enemies (one of which is just a recolor of another common enemy), stupid fortnite glider mechanic that wasn't needed at all besides for traversing the vast emptiness of this entire DLC, and every single "boss" besides the last one is just a revamped and while not as boring as the final boss, still just a boring version of its already simple counterpart. The final boss is easily the worst boss in anything I've ever seen. It's just a shape with a shape in it that shoots shapes, and when you beat it you get nothing. No cut-scene, no nothing. The stuff in the free update isn't even really worth anything. Just ruined my relic fragments and added a boss rush mode that you can't even finish a run of without crashing.

1/10 do not recommend at all, just play anything else the game has to offer, act like this update/DLC didn't even happen.

Wonderful job fixing the tickrate issues Valve, so excited for this to be "looked at" in 2-3 more years :)
