Silver-tongued, and usually successful when trying to persuade others to move from their original position towards or beyond compromise. Using personality, logic, persistence, Leo always manages to get the best deal. Habitually asks questions in order to fully understand a position or a statement. Keeps asking until the facts are clear and the truth is understood. Leo copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes.
