This is an incredible addition to DayZ. The map is aesthetically beautiful while being entertainingly unforgiving on the survival side. It has a great flow, balance, lore, and vibe that meets what is expected of an official DayZ map, while also feeling like a completely different environment and unique challenge. There are new, exciting features and existing features that feel enhanced in context on the land (and islands) of Sakhal. If you love DayZ and the concept of DayZ and want an authentic survival/gaming experience, then give the Frostline DLC a try. It’s a miracle that after 11 years of existence, this game still gets regular updates and a new map/DLC that takes the game to new heights. Take it from someone who first got the game in 2014, DayZ Frostline is worth the price of admission and some.
