Easily the best looking and most immersive VR Title out there with an incredible story!

Great game that delivers an great immersive gameplay experience, but....
The amount of content is lacking and you get tired quite quickly of replaying the same levels over and over again as they are not randomly generated

This game is no where near "realistic" The car handling is absolute garbage and the support for thrustmaster steering wheel as well....
Do not buy this if you like sim racing. This game reeks old crappy arcade physics & mechanics.

I never thought a VR mod would actually work this well or that it could be implemented in a way
without altering the mechanics, interactions, and gameplay to the point that it ends up becoming a completely different game.
As soon as you start to play and interact with the new mechanics you can tell that the development of this mod wasn't rushed or thrown together
in just an afternoon. Everything seems to be carefully tested down to the smallest detail.
The interactive features feel great and really work well with the intense and immersive gameplay that this game delivers.
I guess I was wrong, it turns out that playing with this mod became even more exciting and fun.
This is undoubtedly one of the best VR titles out there right now!
A modded game from 2004 runs, looks and feels better to play than most of the latest FPS VR titles.
The team behind this must be incredibly dedicated and insanely talented, they have set the GAME + VR-MOD bar and expectations really high for future VR modders

Before I bought this game, I asked the developers in their discord if the game was abandoned as no update had been made for months. They told me that it was not abandoned and stupidly enough I chose to believe them and bought it..
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, IT'S ABANDONED

Devs has not delivered on their promises... lacking campaign and very limited sandbox.. buy BONEWORKS instead it's 10 times better...

This game is really bad.. it lacks everything when it comes to VR and Immersion...
The psysichs engine is so bad for it's time (today).. Even Arizona Sunshine VR; (that was released in 2016) has a more immersive and complete VR experience.. and that with a 6 year old engine and tech.. the enemies feels like empty sheets of paper without any soul or work put into them... the "closing in" sound effects or "steps getting louder around the corner" that builds tention and suspense is just lacking... Buy BONEWORKS or H3VR instead!
I wish I could refund this game, it's a scam.

Playing Compound for the first time gave me one of the most surreal experiences I've ever had. The world I stepped into was something I could only dream of when I was a little kid.
The graphics are absolutely incredible!
Compound reminds me of the old days (1993), when I played a lot of NES and Sega Genesis with my friends.

Compound feels new and fresh.
The retro style chosen by the developer really gives the game a personal look and feel, this is a welcoming break from
all generic FPS games that look and feel the same today.

I'm really glad I found this game and I really recommend this to anyone who grew up with the older generation of game consoles. (Be prepared for nostalgia overload)

It is rare to see developers today who put their heart and soul into their games and who also care and listen to their community.
I hope that more developers / companies start following this developer's
principles for it pays off and makes a damn good game!!

The story is the best I've experienced in a long time, the characters are really believable and the voice acting is superb!
There are a few bugs here and there, but it got a lot less bugs than I expected on it's release!
A patch will surely be released soon that will fix most of the bugs.

with soon i mean sometime in about 10 yrs.

Update your graphics drivers to the latest before you start playing!
That way you'll avoid a lot of unnecessary crashes.
I run the game without any noticeable lags or performance issues on ULTRA settings.
But I would recommend to test for yourself.

The fact that you merged all user reviews for CS:GO with CS:2 is definitely a shady/manipulative move on your part, you're actually lying to people. CS:2 is a sequel and should be classified as a new game with its own stats.
I can assure you that CS:2 is not as well received as CS:GO was by the public.
And I can no longer use lefthand (cl_righthand 0)
