Came home from a party and fancied a takeaway as you do. I ordered it at like 12:30 and 2 hours later still wasn’t here. Bear in mind all I ordered was one garlic bread pizza THAT WAS IT!! I kept calling the place and the number wasn’t even someone who was at the takeaway they just kept saying “give me one minute and I will inform the takeaway” I was answering all phone calls and trying to find out where it is. Almost 3 hours went by and I just wanted to go bed at that point nearly 3am in morning mate. I called them up and said I want to cancel the order and get a refund. They said okay and apologised. I then receive a phone call again and a man who was VERY rude said “you’re not getting a refund” when I tell you me and my partner went mental ! He said the food was outside. food was no where to be seen , he accused me of not answering phone calls when I answered EVERY call
