The game has its ups and downs. There are way too many hackers in this game, because of that I cannot recommend this game. Some hackers are blatant and obvious, others are more discreet but playing at any rank lower than nova 3 or higher than dmg will get you a hacker almost every game (sometimes on your team). Hit registratiom seems to be biased and complete garbage. Some games you'll keep trying to tap a stationary target and not a single shot will hit while others you'll get running headshots from across the map while looking in the opposite direction.
