A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, volodya_mvd always completes tasks to a high standard. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under pressure of time. Prepared to work all the extra hours it takes to meet the deadline. Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully.
