Valve have undertaken some actions to ban all the bots and most of cheaters and bot hosters. They're consistently banning them. At least at the moment I change this review. Hopefully they'll continue to work like this in the future. Despite game is finnaly playable again I strongly encourage you not to give Valve any money now. Choice is on you anyway. Stay aware.
