Thanks guys I really appreciate it. I did do the whole steam guard stuff and 2 step. Also removed all other devices from my steam account. My discord name is AnimusVox420#8428. I unblocked everyone that it had blocked but I was unaware it unfriended anyone. Hope you're all doing well!

It's likely not a hidden virus, but you've clicked phishing links that have compromised your account by falsifying a actual steam login.
Do NOT click any links sent through steam, discord, or anything along those lines unless it's a friend and you can confirm by speaking to them that it's a actual link. They might look like a actual Steam URL, but they are fake and steal your login credentials by looking real.

You've had about 60 friends deleted by the bot, I'd recommend leaving your discord name and number attached to your profile as a contingency so people can contact you sooner if it ever happens again.
I tried looking for your discord, but it's been years so I couldn't find it.

Steam Verification/Steam Guard, change your password to your Steam and Email, and de-authorize all devices except the computer you're on. Do this last step after changing all your passwords.
To do that you go through this: Steam > Settings > Manage Steam Guard Account Security and select deauthorize. It will kick any logged in and recognized devices off your account.

Recommend you wipe your hard drive and start over there might be a hidden virus or get some protection software. even then if this happen a few times now suggest you wipe that dirty hard drive clean and just reinstall everything. Also steam 2 step verification can go a LONG way in protection.
