As someone that has never gotten past the tutorial area of Dark Souls III, I highly recommend this game. The "stock" version of this game does have a few optimization issues, specifically with screen tears and the occasional momentary freezes, but that can be fixed by accessing your graphics card's control panel and turning V-sync on (v-sync in off for the global settings on this game and there are no settings in the game to alter that). Take this from someone that's never actually played through any other FromSoftware game; this is a 10/10 in my book. Everything about this game is a masterpiece. The weapons upgrades, the bosses, all the little areas and trinkets you can find all add to this game that seems to uncover a new piece of itself no matter how long you play it. Do yourself a favor and buy this game, it will completely change the way you see RPG games for the rest of your life.

Best idle game period. Easily the best way to waste some time and abuse your dopamine receptors.
