I've always postponed getting to know RE4, even though I knew it is a classic and inspired a lot of great games like Dead Space. It was a mistake. The game is very interesting, the balancing and design is awesome. Controls are weird at first, but you get used quickly. The camera is close to the character, so it is more immersive. If you've played RE Village - this is where the roots come from (third person view though).

Definitely a must play!

If you're like me and clear all of the outposts in a Far Cry game with a sniper rifle or by stealth using silenced weapons, then this game is for you.

Don't understand the hate it gets, it's a decent sniping/stealth sandbox with an ok story (generic Call of Duty/Tom Clancy style military tale), nice graphics (this is CryEngine after all), good engagement loop (scout the area with a drone->plan how to get the objective->execute it->if something goes wrong shoot everything that moves). The game pushes you to be stealthy and use your tools, since enemies kill you in a matter of seconds, so if you're a fan of 'run-n-gun', you're going to suffer.

The game won't amaze you, but it can kill some time and the developers clearly tried to design a lot of cool locations and show Georgia well. The song that plays during the loading screen is great :)

However, the loading screen, some cutscenes and animations take too long, and it can be quite irritating.

Risk of Rain 2 is a great 3-d roguelike with interesting mechanics and visual style. I do not like 2-d games, so did not enjoy the first Risk of Rain, but this one is very fun, especially with friends. Although, It is definitely the type of game where you can feel like an all-powerful God until random does not proc and you get oneshot.

This one has awful mechanics, level design and does not capture the essence of Thief. Compared to Deadly Shadows this is a chore to play through, everything is linear and you have to guess what did the designer think while building a path from A to B, because creativity is not rewarded here

If you like grind - this is worth a buy, otherwise - stay away. Some mechanics are clunky and weird, sometimes infuriating, but still an interesting blend of racing/road rage/batman-style combat/assassins creed towers.

This is the most intense game I’ve ever played(in a good way). Excellent map design, audio, graphics, very interesting and unique concept of PvPvE with permadeath that makes you think about your every move. Got disconnected only once because of daily maintenance, but other than that I did not experience any issues. Highly recommend!

This is the most elaborate game in terms of level design, items placement and overall atmosphere. Though difficult at times, it brings far more satisfaction in little things like beating a boss or finding a bonfire.
