Still after all these years CoH2 does recive balance updates. The community is passionate and still active. Grab this game on a sale and you can sink tons of hous into into while barley scraching the surface. There is a competitive scene but you can definitly play it casually. My only gripe is that some really good commanders are locked behind grind or money.
