Game is literraly one of the worst in Paradox Series.
You can not command your army, they do not physically exists.
Completely unjoyful expierience.
You can not declare war without claim.
You can not make a claim without some fictional point (takes ages to get 1).
Basically you can do nothing, diplomacy is 1/8 from Europa Universalis 4 and there is no fun in attacking without army.

If you value your time and money, do not buy it.

I enjoy a bit playing this game overall at least 100 hour (2 accounts). Its not a bad game and taming dinos are joyful.
However what really started to piss me of is some unreasonable facts:

I stay near the Camp Fire with Leather outfit and eatting 20 cooked meats. My characters is slowly dying because its too cold and some other unrecognizable status effect (black red smth). WTF? Like how can it be too cold when im literralty staying inside camp fire, eatting processed food in safe place.

I built a raft and was sailing through the ocean. Suddenly "GOD decided to drop from heaven some little raptors (these with sleeping effect) that were chassing me after like insane in the middle of the ocean for no reason. I wasnt afraid as my hero was brave and
wanted to swim away. But No no no... wild dino decided to break the real life physics, teleported through the wooden foundation floor and jumped inside my boat. Then good sleeped and got killed. Great really makes sense.

Reborning? Respawning after getting killed? no worries you can choose the bed to respawn at the same place.
After respawning, where the heck is my bed, it suddenty decided to go away.

Did you think that you can sleep in the SLEEPING BAG or in BED? Dude are you mad?
You cant sleep there in neither Single Player not MP they are only for respawn purposes - LEGIT as F...

Save Gam... save games what? Never heard of it before. You better use SP command cheat:
admincheat saveworld
and
manually copy backup save folder like in medieval ages. Afterall it's challening game, isn't it?

Do you rush too much with you houseboat?
Be prepared for self disappearing lost tamed dinos. Be grateful for your wasted time!

Really just go outside and have fun there or play another game.
Unless you are a sadomasochist like me, but im done with it.

I know Mount Blade series since they were talking about first release more than 10 years ago. Young married couple decided to make medieval game other than all games. And here we are now :).
Bannerdlord is entertaining game with lot of bugs though. I know there is plenty of hate that game should be better etc but i think devs have some issues and they are few.
Nevertheless im happy they decided to release MB2. You can be sure that all lacks of bugs will be sonner or later fixed by the devs or mods. Same scenario happened in all Mount Blade & Mount Blade With Fire and Sword & Mount Blade Warband.

Graphics and animation are pretty cool. Characters seem alive.
Battles are more demanding now. Horse are less agile, mobile than before.
You can track cities, castles etc. Thats cool and easy to navigate.
Coimpletely dikffrent skill tree which looks better but is harder to progress.
Inventory for me is worse than in previous releases (its to small listed like instead big icons). Before you can arrange food or important items at the top now its easy to sell by mistake something valuable.
Shooting while riding is now more reliable ++



Game launches ages and crashes sometimes.
I miss old factions names and the new one sounds pretty strange in my language like Khturgian wtf is this? :D
Where are my lovely Nords & Swadians :P
Also why snow environemnt faction is called south empire with blue flag? :P
Some menu navigation is not intuitive like encyclopedia to find (was Q in previous release)

If you liked preivous release, buy the game, have fun. Then, wait until new patches or full game arrive contiue playing with existing save or import / cheat character to similar state and play.
