It was pretty hard to get into at first as I wanted to play with friends. The multiplayer system is very confusing, but still do-able and requires a step to activate (in most all story missions)

If you get stuck at anypoint, just fire that S.O.S. flare and find the good-hearted players join to help you out.

The game seems to get very grindy. I usually enjoy grindy type games so I don't mind.

All that being said.... Oh man the monster hunts are a fun challenge. Coming from some hack and slash games to this... it feels like each and every monster is some big boss fight. It gives a good sense that these monsters are powerful and cannot be killed in just a few simple swings.

TL DR:
Pro- Immersive and epic monster fights
Con- Little grindy and inconvenient multiplayer.

Game purchase regrets: None, have enjoyed what game has offered.
