Great sequel

Great premise and surprisingly fun even without a group.

I've been playing both w my friends and against randoms and I don't really get the complaints about matchmaking. I found it pretty easy to get good cards and catch up to the randoms who were higher level, and played plenty of low level ppl as well.

Consistently horrible community engagement, and the devs seem hellbent on patching everything fun out of the game. Now, you also have to make a PSN account to play meaning players who got the game in a country where PSN isn't available are screwed.

This team was not ready for such a popular game.

Easily a new favorite. This game has one of the most fun casual modes ive played in an FPS in a while. Ranked is fun, but clearly unbalanced. I think they'll probably iron that out soon, but there's another issue that is probably intentional.

You don't get matched with people according to your rank. It's by MMR (hidden value of how good the game thinks you are based on previous games). This means you can play against diamonds, or even people in the top 500 at bronze, the lowest rank. And this is on purpose. I assume they don't want people hitting a wall then quitting. This ensures that anyone can make it to diamond if they try hard enough since the games never get much harder.

So, if you like the CSGO or Valorant style of climbing the ladder in ranked, this probably isnt for you. Casual mode is a lot of fun tho.

Only get this if you have friends to play with

Recently got this on gamepass and have been playing with a friend. The progress theyve made since I originally bought the game years ago is astounding.
