A shocking lack of QA by the developers, serious issues with no sound from aircraft, poorly designed mission steps that fail before you even attempt them. My advice is to leave this game for at least a few weeks, possibly months, and hope they address the serious issues that make this game more irritating than enjoyable.

MSFS2020 provides a realisitc flying experience, however the updates do have tendency to cause crashes when they're first released.

The game, even though its been out for some time now, it full of bugs, lacks a real variety of content, and freezes and lags even with less that 200 pawns. The game also has a real problem with its own systems, including assigning patients to other departments, meaning that the player has to assign patients to the right departemnt manually because they've been automatically assigned to a departemnt that can't treat the ailment. Would not recommend.

The game is severly lacking in graphics quality and its mechanics are clunky at best. Refunded.
