Scout perk
When picking up a small health pack, there is a 50% chance for the nearest survivor under half health to enter the dying state. Chance is increased to 75% if the Killer is scout.

Upon picking up a small health pack, gain a token.
For each token:
Other survivor's haste is increased by 7% in chat only.
A random dull totem on the map is turned into a hex totem which stores the token. Totems can only be cleansed by gaining 10 score, at which point a random hex totem on the map is cleansed. Hex: Pentimento cannot restore totems cleansed this way.
After reaching 3 tokens, a secondary token effect activates.
For every token after 3 tokens, medics will gain an additional 25% intolerance, which will decrease their frequency of healing you.
After 7 tokens are gained, initiate votekick. For every hit you have taken for another survivor this game, decrease the chance of votekick succession from 100% by 10%.
