I recommend this game if you are coming from KF1/KF2, but only under the following circumstances: let go of the old controls and habits. It’s different, yes. The movement is faster than before, and you can get away with mistakes more easily. Mistakes that would have resulted in immediate death in KF2.

The guns feel a lot better since the Rearmament update; they have more power and better sound effects. There is still a lot of content missing, such as more bosses, weapons, and maps. I don’t really like the current bosses and wish for more Hans Volter or Patriarch-style encounters. The Season 2 update featuring the Stalker has made the game more enjoyable again. If Tripwire keeps adding updates of this quality, it will be even more fun than it is right now.
