iRacing is a video game. iRacing is also an experience like no other. This is not a game that lets you hop in and out of legendary cars all day where a Ferrari feels identical to a Porsche, but with some sliders tweaked. Every car in iRacing feels completely unique, every track surface feels distinct. Your first 3 months in iRacing should be spent in one car with no deviation. This is track day, time trials, series competition, and endurance racing.

There is controller support, but you'll most certainly be better off with a mouse or wheel. If all of the above sounds appealing to you and you want to replicate the experience of racing in the real world, this is your best option hands down. On the official matchmaking side, iRacing creates some of the best and closest serious competition for those looking to race outside of a league. Even at the lower ranks, you will rarely encounter intentional wrecking and ramming. The consequences of poor behavior in iRacing are significant and most are on their best behavior, though like any multiplayer video game you may want to mute voice chat if abrasive personalities bother you.

Leagues and endurance racing is (in my opinion) where iRacing really begins to shine. Leagues exist for just about every sim out there, but in iRacing the players you connect with can lead to team participation in official endurance racing. Unless you happen to know two to three other people who play iRacing at a similar level to you this is critical for participating in events. Some of the best time I've spent in this game has been with a league, but it's made that much sweeter when you can participate in official races with the people you've met and raced with for an entire season.
This is motorsport, and this is as good as it gets for oval and road. There are a lot of people who consider iRacing. It is certainly not for all of them, but if you want to compete every week, join a community, and have an experience that you can genuinely not have anywhere else; welcome home.

From the ashes of depravity rises the phoenix of quality. How else to describe The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe?

Such a revolutionary step forward in the lineage of one of the most beloved video game properties of all time! The additions and changes made to this expansion will surely resonate in the annals of the history of all media ever made.

It is perhaps true to say that no mistakes are ever forever etched in stone, for the stone into which The Stanley Parable was carved has itself been transmuted, offering a message of hope to those who have ever erred in their judgement. You are not beyond redemption. You may change, and you may become more, so much more than you were before.

If there is any message to be taken from the Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, it is this:

What a fortune, a privilege, a joy it is to have had such an experience. It leaves me hopeful that as a community – as a world, there is time for us to become our greatest selves, as great as we ever could dream of in our wildest, most ambitious visions for a brighter future.

The physics aren't great, but they are getting better. The latest packs are much closer to what one would expect from a real pinball machine, but IMO they still have a ways to go before they can compete with the physics of Visual Pinball.

The uniqueness of these tables is where the real value is, I can appreciate what Zen Studios has brought to the table with the table art and settings, letting the table come to life in a way that real pinball tables cannot. I like what zen studios is doing, and some of these tables are genuinely good. But when it comes to real tables, I feel as if I'm getting a lot more value from Visual Pinball.

The controls are frustrating to the point of not being any fun at all. Movement is partially based on camera placement which can make things really awkward. And that's not the worst of it. The extra game modes bring in some interesting variety, but not enough. There's no fun to be had here, there's not even any novelty that wears off quickly. The controls are so hard to grasp that I didn't find myself having any fun and didn't have time to learn the controls before the novelty wore off. Maybe if there was some sort of multiplayer this game might be worth the purchase, but I don't see it being worth anywhere near $10 at the moment. Maybe $2.50.

The definitive version of Binding of Isaac. All of the expansions and more are included in this version, which makes a game that is truly deep and engaging. One of the best of the "rogue-like" genre, if you've got any kind of an interest in perma-death, this game is for you.

10/10. The New Order is the Wolfenstein game that we needed back in 2009, we just got it a little late.

The shooting in this game feels awful and unrewarding. The tower defense portion is pretty boring as well, I feel like there are better offerings in the "active" tower defense genre. Check out Dungeon Defenders or Orcs Must Die if you want this kind of a game.

There's plenty of dumb fun to be had here, don't expect tethering to work properly though. It's a bit disappointing, but there's still plenty of things to do.

Story is kinda dumb, and I don't like climbing radio towers. Everything else is pretty enjoyable. I recommend using the casual version of Ziggys mod. It fixes some annoyances and unlocks the entire map so you don't have to climb those dumb radio towers. There are other versions to make Far Cry 3 more of a hardcore game if that's what you like.
