It has been very fun to play this game so far. 11 hours in and only at the beginning of the act II, because i'm clearing everything.
The combat is way more developed comparing to the first one, in skills that you can use and in orcs abilities. I find it also more difficult than the first one which was basicly steamrolling through everything, whereas this one you actually need to use all your different skills to succeed.
Haven't felt the impact of the microtransactions yet, however i condemn merely introducting it in this game, it was a greedy move. It's just wrong.
Regardless the lore involved is really interesting and it really feels epic to be fighting against orcs and defending the castle against them. It reminded me of the fight in the movies.
If you enjoy LOTR you will enjoy this game
