During this special promotion that atm ends in less than 24 hours, I really recommend you to buy this game. I bought it full price a long time ago (forgot to write a review about it) and it is def. worth the money!
Right now it's less than 5 EUR so I suggest you buy it.

As the description already lets you know, you are a ghost trying to solve your own murder. In short words you are for instance trying to get any clues you can from the murder scene and surroundings, listening to what the police and others are talking about etc. Really a nice game to spend time playing.
To be honest I haven't finished this game yet, but it's because my priorities has been elsewehere. I really have enjoyed playing it though and will most likely try and finish it.

I'm sorry but....no. Visual novel indeed.
Not enough to keep me going. 10 minutes and "exit game".

5 minutes and motion sickness deluxe. Sensitivity is on turbo speed and it doesn't look like you can change it from options, so you would have to do it via your mouse software. Anyway..won't be able to play anything at all for at least an hour or so until this throw-up feeling goes away :S
Cost: 0.99 EUR so not a big loss, but I will not recommend it due to not being able to change sensitivity and because I got this motions sickness now...

Hmm. Tried it out with 2 friends now that it's free to play for 6 days. Feels quite repetitive, same same in a way that got me bored. It's a fun concept though and a good idea, but I think there's something missing, which I really can't fingerpoint - I mean, it might be fun playing a few rounds with friends maybe once in awhile, but a whole evening? No. I wouldn't pay more than maybe max 5 EUR. Soooo....not buying it and taking it off my wishlist. Sorry.

This is a survival game you can play in many variations. To play devs vesrion - play official. For customized servers check the official SCUM discord and the server advertisements there OR here on steam forums for SCUM. There's lots to learn if you're coming in as a new player in 2023, but also lot of play value for your moneys. I kind of envy you. I wish I was a freshie again because there are so many more things you can do today compared to (obviously) 2018/2019.
I would get addicted all over again ;D

Tried it today due to the free-to-play-weekend. Nah I don't know...there's something about this game - it doesn't give me that "Wow-I-Have-To-Buy-it-feeling" or "yey-this-is-a-fun-game" at all. The character's movement feels sort of clumsy, and yes, there are a lot of games out there where you just run around and loot and kill, but for some reason this game feels like there's nothing more to it. I might give it a couple of more tries over the weekend but at this point - sorry, I don't think this is going to be a game on my wishlist anymore.
It looked like a more fun game watching the game trailer.

However, even if I personally don't recommend buying it, I still recommend you to try it out for yourself while it's for free during this weekend and get your own opinion about it ;)

Think it's the first time I've played this kind of game, not what I expected, allthough I'm not sure what I expected. It did keep my interest as I had to keep going to see what would happen next. So I guess i'd say - A nice little game to spend a few hours on :)
I don't remember how much I payed for it or if I bought it on sale. But, now that I've played it I would today not pay over maybe 5-6 EUR as it is what it is: a drama adventure where you sort of direct the path of the game by choosing a textline.

One minus: It crashed once for me, so I had to play some scenes again, but it wasn't that bad.

I recommend it but I don't think it's worth purchasing for more than 5 or 6 Euros.

After install, I had to go tsk mng to turn it off because it was stuck. Open it up again and takes forever to even load.... *exit*

Seek and you shall find. Solving a murder/kidnap case and to your help you have a CSI-kit with you etc. :) Really nice detective/puzzle game to spend time on. At times I get a little bit annoyed by the character movement, but then again, in the end it's really not that big of a deal. I enjoy this game and I do recommend it (haven't played it through yet, but I have spent some time playing it).
