Adding to friends:

Adequate and sociable people (age and nation is not important);
The Steam level is not lower than 10 (I can make an exception if there was an experience of playing together in CSGO);
There are at least 10 games on the Steam account (I can make an exception if I had experience playing together in CSGO).

Rejection of applications to friends / Exclusion from friends / Blacklisting:

In the VAC profile, ban (for people with whom I communicate, an exception can be made);
In nickname, a link to any site is indicated, with the exception of streaming services;
The profile contains links to "roulette" and other fraudulent trash;
Beggars;
Sophisticated ... traders;
Offering a boost in CSGO;
Heiters and other inadequate people;
Profile is hidden;
People who have a "couple of games" on the account and a Steam level below the 10th are equated to suspicious personalities;
Since the adoption of the application to friends, more than 90 days have passed and we have never communicated;
Inactive friends on Steam for more than 90 days.

Адекватные и общительные люди (возраст и нация не важна);
Уровень Steam не ниже 10 (могу сделать исключение, если был опыт совместной игры в CSGO);
На аккаунте Steam не менее 10 игр (могу сделать исключение, если был опыт совместной игры в CSGO).

Отклонение заявок в друзья/Исключение из друзей/Внесение в черный список:

В профиле VAC бан (для людей с которыми я общаюсь, может быть сделано исключение);
В нике указана ссылка на любой сайт, за исключением сервисов стрима;
В профиле содержатся ссылки на "рулетки" и прочую мошенническую херню;
Попрошайки;
Хитровые…ные трейдеры;
Предлагающие буст звания в CSGO;
Хейтеры и другие неадекватные люди;
Профиль скрыт;
Люди, которые имеют на аккаунте "пару игр" и уровень Steam ниже 10-го, приравниваются к подозрительным личностям;
С момента принятия заявки в друзья прошло более 90 дней и мы ни разу не общались;
Неактивные друзья в Steam более 90 дней.
