Update:

Finally after some time went by the devs found time to address the most urgent issues. Disabling mouse smooting and other quality of live improvements stabilize the experience and one can finally enjoy the story and atmosphere, areas where this game is really strong! Finally can change my recommendation to "yes" after 3 patches and 2 weeks after the release went by.

Release day review:
At the moment of writing I can confirm the performance issues and bad optimization. Adding to that the fact that there are bugs on the main story line made me stop playing -> would not buy before the first official patch dropped!

Quite a funny game to play since it finally removed the performance issue it had with 9xx Nvidia cards. Game modes are quite simple and nothing really new, but in my opinion the map design is really nice and the areas are huge! it sometimes is annoing if things change and for example your guns get nerfed from one to another day or your ranks you already had inside a certain faction are now resetted/ignored and your cant buy your unlocked items anymore, but thats probably something you cant avoid during beta state. The pay2win factor is not as bad as in other games and i hope those things get removed once the game gets released fully.
