Early Access Review
MY RUST ADVENTURES SO FAR:

wake up surrounded by wooden houses, start running in the opposite direction into a field. At that point I had to go to the bathroom, so i did, when i came back my head was getting bashed in with a rock. i died, respawned got a better start this time. I got wood, metal and almost had enough materials to start making a house (even though those are not very good idea) but i wanted to anyway. i made a metal door and a little wood hut and went out with my bow, feeling confident, to look for some more metal for a gun. was walking along when all of the sudden a pack of red eyed and furred wolves started chasing me. I started to run and try to shoot them with my bow. I was low health stumbling up a mountain with just 2 more wolves chasing me. i had run out of medkits and was running towards a cliff with 8 health left and still wolves chasing me so i tried to jump to the next ledge but sadly missed... the next thing i knew i was in a field with some naked guy standing next to me threatening me with a rock for all my tuna (i'm guessing he is a pauseunpause fan) and so when i said i had none he started running at me with a rock i instinctively tried to hit back and we were in, at that point, running around swinging giant rocks at each other like mad men. all i could hear in the background when we were fighting was we are the champions playing from the other guys mic... So after a long rock battle i finally smashed his head in and ran away with his rock, at that point a group of 4 people in kevlar came from the mountins came running at me screaming at me for me to give them everything i had. i did and they repayed me by blasting me in the head with a shotgun. so after i woke up again nothing really exiting happened so i worked my way up to getting a waterpipe shotgun and a revolver and a 2 story 1 x 1 shack. eventually those same people in the kevlar (at least i think it was them) came to my humble abode started to break in i killed one as they smashed down my door with c4, i pipe shotgunned him in the face, ran up to the roof and made my last stand there shooting at them with my revolver untill they at last killed me with a bunch of M4s.

REALLY fun game 10/10 will play again

EDIT:
This is about a year and a half later and I can honestly say that this is probably one of the most unique, epic, fun, and intense games I have ever played. I wish I could triple recommend this game. The only thing is that you NEED, as in this is a necessity to get the full effect of the game, to have a medium to high end computer to really get the feel for the game. The graphics are absolutely stunning. And the sound effects are literally the best in any game i have seen. There is honestly nothing like sitting on a hill watching a huge base being torn apart by a attack helicopter while the inhabitants desperately try to defend themselves. Hearing the explosions and seeing the huge balls of flame as missiles rain down is worth the 20$ alone.

Some of my favorite times in this game come from what is called the purge night on the rustified server. Where admins start giving out guns and spawning in like 5 - 10 helicopters is an experience that is only found on rust.

In all I can't say enough about how amazing this game is.... the only thing is that this game makes you rage extreamly hard as well... something about working hours on a base and gearing up only to have some other guys with better gear come and kill you and take all your work is a bit aggravating to say the least.
