Hands down one of if not then absolutely my #1 single player story-driven action rpg games ever, possibly even my favorite single player game of all time. FFXVI is an absolute gem of not only story but also characters, gameplay, side-content, and impossibly epic climactic battles between legendary elemental monsters; but also a story of a vengeful brother resolved to find his brother's killer which the story then morphs into becoming the one to save the world and all lives in it for a better future for all. If you are deciding weather or not to buy this game then please treat yourself to this incredible, one-of-a-kind experience as i think everyone should play this game once-through for just how great it is. when a friend asked if i liked this game when i was first playing it i told him the best out of context sentence i could give him: "Sorry i can't keep concentration on talking right now i'm currently in space fighting a laser dragon as a flying fire demon mixed with a phoenix going at mach 3."

*Move towards him in a dark hallway only to see two white eye-shaped dots right behind him*

"UMMM....UHHHH, DUDE."

*Friend turns around only to scream for a split second before getting his vertebrae turned into a pretzel and the monster grabs him entirely and fades away into the darkness*

*Left with nothing but wits and fear i ♥♥♥♥ myself on the spot.*

This game is great for where it is right now and after a lot of hard work and dedication this game could be amazingly good!
