Wallpaper Engine is great; very useful, reliable, and easy to use software. The software allows you to make your own or use steam workshop and access community made wallpapers. Wallpaper Engine surpassed my expectations of wallpapers being animated, and never knew any other way of animating wallpapers. I would recommend this software if you like animated wallpapers, and want your default background changed. I'm very pleased with this software. :)
