I accept every friend invite if it's a known/friend or a user which is minimumly lvl 3 and have 1 game. Though i don't accept obvious scammers, for example a moderator or owner of a betting site or case opening site.

To trade with me you minimuly need to have 3x +rep on your profile. (I don't accept people with many -rep) I have to get the trader to know just abit before trading with them, in case they are trying to do a scam.
