帕鲁是营地的财富，营地是帕鲁的平台，营地和帕鲁是具有共同利益和责任的生存共同体。那个帕鲁我已经观察你很久了，我对你是有些失望的，进了这个营地，不是把事情做好就可以的，你需要有体系化思考的能力。你做的事情，他的价值在哪里？你是否作出了壁垒，形成了核心竞争力？你做的事情，和其他帕鲁的差异化在哪里？为什么是你来做，其他帕鲁不能做吗？是否对得起你泡的这两分钟温泉、吃的这两颗浆果？你要有自己的判断力，不是我说什么你才做什么！现在的年轻帕鲁就是太年轻，工作量稍微大一点就抑郁生病，你不干有得是帕鲁干，干得不好能力差就会被优化掉。我招你进来时为了让你解决其他帕鲁解决不了的问题的，你需要证明你的价值在哪里！你没有紧迫感，一到时间就睡觉，别人新来的实习帕鲁，通宵挖矿。你和他不一样，他是准神兽，4级的挖矿，你随时可能被开，我对你的期待是很高的，一直把你视作营地里的骨干力量，但是我希望你再进步点，不要动不动就抑郁偷懒，有压力才有动力。
