ok it had its redemption arc this is quite the banger

Bro these romanceable NPCs are blander than a plank with a wig on it rewrite them or something( also the art style is pretty ugly but I think its just me)

I like the game and all but PLEASE just update the UI please its AWFUL(not recommending it just because everyone else is doing it)

Personally, I really hate it when the "hard" difficulty is set as the default experience for a game. So when I first started to get really annoyed at that one level where you're supposed to escort someone through the level, and the game just spawns multiple enemies at once however it pleases, I was not exactly pleased. Personally, I believe the standard difficulty should be "Medium" in most if not all games. It also doesnt help that some of the fights im having trouble with occur due to some contrived misunderstanding, meaning that the fight im currently struggling with is going to have about 0 effect on the plot as all parties involved are just going to forget about it and continue as if they were not just stabbing each other to death. Basically, not too bad of a game, if you're a master tactician or something and can tolerate the annoying "default" difficulty and the fighting game level excuses to battle each other, it probably isnt so bad. Me personally, I dont like it very much

As much as I really want to love this game, this game is just bad near the end, even if all the residents are actually pretty interesting people. Basically really grindy with very little payoff. They didnt even do the relationships properly. The non romanceable characters have like only 2 friendship levels, which is ABSURDLY low. And the romanceable ones only have 3, made even worse by the fact that the "dating" in this game is just a cutscene with nothing happening, making all the effort put in a waste. I wanted to love this game, but the game itself doesnt seem to love me back.

Combat is kind of boring, lacking satisfying impact that would keep me playing. Probably because the battle soundtrack(at the starting areas) are also pretty boring. Dont recommend.
