Played this when I was little, somehow learned to play this game using the hotkeys and made "X amount of allies vs X amount of Enemies maps."

Amazing Game,
This game may be lacking in most aspects in comparison to todays standards but however still stands, (IMO) , as a timeless shining gem among RTS series.

-All aspects of the game stay true to the disc version.
(Unit Pathing,Combat,Mechanics)
Added:
-Online Multiplayer thats actually Decent!
-DLC
-Optimization (Graphics)
-Workshop!

-Most cons can be directed toward the limitations of the game during its time.
ie: Units getting stuck.. (that's all I could think of..)//

It's not as flashy as other games, but it has its own unique charm, Large Battles and sieges feel real, and require careful planning/execution. A game where you can easily fool around and experiment in if you'd like to! Example; Cavalry Only, Quote the Rohirrim,Die to spears. Historic accuracy everyone!

The Campaigns show some of the real important battles/events during the time period in which they took place. Some campaigns teach new players how things work while others challenge more experienced ones.

I wouldn't be discouraged by price as it usually goes on sale for 75%+ at every sale.

All in all this was a fun game to play as a kid and I still enjoy playing it. However as a final warning,
*This can be very time consuming.*

AFTER SERVER PATCH: In the few hours I played this game, I have enjoyed it immensely, the server patch has fixed most of the 2000+ minute of Queue time. The game is relatively simple and straight forward and somehow addicting. I haven't tried multiplayer with friends but I assume that it will be a fun experience nontheless. The art style in-game is good and fun and will appeal to those who have played Minecraft and terraria. Combat is free flowing which is always a good thing and there are a good spread of starting classes to choose from. All in all, Trove is a fun dungeon exploration game with decent character customization. (For a blocky Game) and is rather addicting once you get the hang of things. [Will probably edit this later once I've played more]
