COD: WWII brings back the nostalgia of the early Call of Duty games, and where the game got famous - World War II campaigns. I've read a number of reviews highlighting how the story line may be way too linear and thus not as fun, but I kinda beg to differ.

Compared to COD MW series, COD: WWII in my view is a lot more challenging, simply because the weaponry of that era makes it much harder to get away with just blasting your way through a game. The only bugbear for me are some of the plays involving tanks and planes, which are difficult to control using a keyboard. It does make me feel that the game was not thoroughly tested enough on the PC platform, as it shows once you add a controller to play those stages.

Overall, this has been a fun game to play and would encourage others to play as well.
