This is my personal favorite of the Souls games, I have played DS1, DS2 (I don't own it on steam though), and DS2 Scholar. The Reason why I like this one the most is because its the most fair, well thought out, and swiftly played out of all of them, fixing many the problems from the other games and adding more amazing machanics and lore to the table.
