Good they changed it back.

Its actually almost unreadable with them saying "Shizuki" but the writing saying "Sizuki".
Its like if you were watching a show with captions on and every time they called a guy Andrew the captions said "Adrew". Its distracting and offputting.
Oh sure its a good VN by the way, I'm just really annoyed at the localization choice here.

As far as a Visual novel goes, from a story and character perspective I for sure enjoy it and think its worth looking at. So overall I recommend it... But....

Its a bloody technical disaster though, on my ROG ally any time a character pops up there is a huge delay, it makes some scenes just unbearably slow to read through.

Even on my desktop PC its bad. For example in any scene where they're at the restaurant, and it switches back and forth between the characters, there is lag and delay on them showing up. You'll hear the voices and see the text but the character won't show up for a second or two. And the story keeps having it jump back and forth between the characters sitting across from eachother.

Like you know when you're reading a VN, it feels snappy to click through the text, move through scenes, sometimes you don't want to wait for a voice line to finish to move onto the next text box. Not with this. It feels like I'm playing the game in molasses. On top of that there are very few options, no continue voice when going to the next text box is the biggest one missing.

Also sometimes when there is a flashback to a previous scene, there is an actual loading screen that takes a few seconds. Its crazy. It happens often enough that is kind of annoying.

Anyway. As a story, and visually, and how much I enjoyed it, it was quite a bit. Just know this engine its running in is terrible.

This game is by and far the best Fate game we've ever had from a gameplay perspective, as its actually a fun game and not some trashy musou game, and it's story is really good as well. I didn't have any technical issues in my entire time playing as well. For sure worth a buy for Fate fans.

This was way more impressive than I expected. I presumed this would be just the normal after story type stuff for the character, but this is more like a sequel that even tackles some of the side characters as well and handles them spectacularly. On top of that some of the best tracks come back with vocal versions that were quite impressive. After finding Extra1 quite middling, this for sure takes a top spot for me as far as extra content for VNs go.

Don't support companies controlled by China like this trash.

Can't play the game anymore because it wants to install a rootkit and I block those ya know.

I honestly couldn't recommend this enough. It's also one of the few VN I've read where at the end of each route you don't feel kind of just sad for everyone else who you didn't focus on because this game doesn't make you feel like they've just been abandoned to nothingness.

The main heroine as well is probably the best I've seen in a long time, and really what made this worth reading and going through. Honestly I just wanted to see more of her going forward but unfortunately once it's over its over, which is sad.

Running a 980Ti and a i7-4770k, the game runs on a 3440x1440 screen like a dream. No crashes or issues at all.

I already beat it on Xbox one but will be going at it again here, it is the best game of the series thats for sure.

Out of all the games to come out this year, I would say so far this is the best. It plays amazingly well and while the easier modes are a bit too easy I would think, you can go for things like Insane Mode, or Pacifist, or both, and basically make it as challenging as you want it to be.
