I am justins friend Nick BTW. With the computer Hardware knowledge, a 1.2 ghz generally, not always, isnt usually enough. I have experience with custom rigs and liquid cooling. it would be doable with a processor like that in a Desktop. Know someone with mac mini, dual core i5 1.7ghz. Its doable, just gotta have a slightly larger surface area for heat to disperse. 8 fps isn't really good, but on a little 1.2 ghz laptop with mobile integrated graphics, it isnt half bad for saints row 4. Saints Row 4 is very GPU/Cpu intensive. thats not bad

Trust me, Actually Don't. That sucks. You are lucky on 1200 dollar rig to run that pile of garbage.
