I Love this game and really really want it to to do well. I cannot recommend it in the current state.
ALOOOT OF CHEATERS ALOT. On par with tarkov level cheating.

I love this game, but after 20 hours I have spent a ridiculously large amount of time dealing with server errors.
I cannot recommend this game until they fix the servers. 26/2/2024.

Just buy Battle Bit instead.

Good game, think COD 4 meets Day of defeat with a CS economy.

Only bad thing is how broken shotguns are ATM.

Highly recommend, if your looking for a new competitive game !

Every single aspect of this game is rewarding, the developers have carefully planned it out and it is beautiful.

... 12 hours completed and ive done everything. Includes a few failed attempts as well. I will revisit this game as they update with more content but for none i am done. I highly reccomend an endless mode or mod support. Just something to make me keep playing because by god do i want to.

Overall I reccomend you buy this game when it is on special.

Disclaimer: The stats... 20 hours... completed most bosses and unlocked all the cool car stuff.

If I were describe this game in a few words it would be " not enough".

The good:
I loved every second playing Mad Max, the scrap grind people complain about really became easy once you unlock a few upgrades, however it does follow the feedback loop of "collect scrap to get something that makes it easier to collect more scrap". What makes this loop bareable is the Fury road world. The amazing desert and sandstorms, you honestly feel apart of the mad max world. Linking back to my first sentence, there is just not enough of the world... I want endless amounts of desert I want a world the size of skyrim... Maybe thats abit ambitious.

The car combat: Alot of people complain about the way the driving handles, I think it is great. You are driving in the desert with a piece of old carbage... do people really expect this to handle like GT?
Hand combat is just your standard Batman model, however there are some brutal slow motion kills to break up the combat. Kind of a wierd mix between Assains creed and Batman.

The bad: There is just not enough content :(. Im not talking about all the silly scrap hunting missions you can do... I mean quality storyline. The story is over before you know it and its left leaving you with so many more questions than answers. The story although short is good.

Overall- This game made me go rewatch all the movies multiply times, I became immersed in the experience and was left wanting more... There was no more :(

Just because your reading this review doesn't mean I am alive. It was an average saturday afternoon. I had no plans for the evening and the urge of bordem consumed me. I had herd rumors of a city builder so magical it rivaled memories of Simcity 4. For a mere $30 I sat down and began to build. At 3am I had finally realised that I forgot to eat. I said to myself stop it, no more please...you must sleep. But no it turned into a never ending cycle of fixing my 50,000 people citys insane traffic problems. The need for perfectly flowing trafic consummed me and I didn't eat or sleep for days. I write to you now from rehab, not with a reccomendation but a warning...This game will consume you.

PS. The crux of this game is transportation management. Moving the masses in a way that allows your services to still operate effectively is the underlying goal/issue/gameplay mechanic.

Edit... 100hours later still love and highly reccomend this game, but wait til its on special cuz it is on the reg.
Yes I buy alot of the DLCS, but thats to support the game so they keep developing it. You can play vanilla or with MODs and have a great time.
