Currently, this game is an un-optimized, 720p mess. You can upscale to 1080p (instructions in FFXIII Steam Forum), but it's the choppy performance that ruins it.

If Square Enix had done a better job optimizing it, I would recommend it, especially for its low price, but as of right now, wait to buy it if you can. It's not worth playing in its current state.

Double Dragon: Neon is a fantastic reboot of the radical duo Billy and Jimmy Lee, mostly if you are a fan of the series. Double Dragon on the NES was one of the first games I had ever played, and this love-letter of a game brings those memories back. It has somewhat sluggish combat, but it is a game that has led to me playing the game over and over again; lots of playtime can be had for the measly $10.

I highly recommend Double Dragon: Neon if side-scrolling beat-em'-ups are your thing, or you are a veteran Double Dragon player!
