-particles 512 -swapcores -wavonly -no_compressed_vvds -no_compressed_verts -novid -high -r_emulate_gl
So, what do these ♥♥♥♥ do?
According to Valve Developer Community
-particles: Sets the number of beam trails to allow (2048 by default, minimum is 512)
*so -particles 512 will lower particles amount of the game, may increase frame rate
-swapcores: Swaps threads for the particle and material systems each init
*kinda hard to understand, but in my opinion, this command will automatically swap the game workflow through all cores, prevent stuttering
-wavonly, this is optional, use or not use wont affect ur gameplay, but it can disables DirectSound and makes the engine attempt to play all sounds in PCM format, and it can only be feel on SUPER LOW END device
-no_compressed_verts: Disables vertex compression for shaders
*it disables vertex compression for shaders, it reduces var value and at the same time, reduce input lag
-no_compressed_vvds: Enables thin VVD data
*same with -no_compressed_verts
-novid: No intro video
-high: Sets the game's priority to High
*force the game uses more cpu power, reduce input lag, increase fps
-r_emulate_gl: Emulates OpenGL on Windows, provides a framerate boost for most GPUs
*good for all, increase framerate
