i dont think its because of the updates because im trying everything but i cant join

When this happens it might be caused by a cs2 update forcing xplay servers to update and thus being unavailable for some time.

i cant join the servers whats wrong ?

Don't know if its you guys or cs2, but fix your fucking servers. Trying to bhop and every couple of seconds im copping lag thats destroying half of every strafe. Really trying to like you guys but this shit sucks.

So far I haven't run into a surf challenge I couldn't complete while not being really good at surf. I'd suggest sharing your thoughts and suggestions on the xplay.gg discord.

Remove surf challanges most of them are impossible due to the surf bugs and im sure im not the only player that doesn't want to spend 5 hours to get a perfect surf run without a single bug to finish the map.

If your timer isn't running it most likely means you're on a server where the start and end zone were disabled due to a bug. Switch server and report the bug on discord. Sorry for the late answer.

My timer isnt counting in surf, someone know how to fix?

Did you put xplay.gg as your clan tag or only in your steam name? Because it needs to be set as a clan tag in order to get the monthly coins, inserting in in your name only won't work.

It didn't register because yesterday there were technical difficulties on xplay servers, afaik it should be fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience.

I think my battlepass doesn't count kills/xp/e.g.flashes proprerly. Maybe there's a delay? If so, how long it takes?

Hello, and sorry for your bad experience. We do indeed ban cheaters. If you meet one, please do !report, select "Usage of prohibited software" and write something like "aimbot, wallhack" or whatever and we will be on our way. I hope that you understand we can't look at every server at once, that's why we also need you to report cheaters when you see them.

when will u ban cheaters from servers.. plz do this now.. it was funny when no one cheating then u get in too hs server and u see all cheater shoot hs all the time.. they dont even aim there self.. crosshair jumps on target all the time
