SQUAD OPERATIONS

Operations commence on a strict schedule, synchronized across multiple timezones for maximum operational readiness:

○ Monday Madness: 1930 (EST) / 1830 (CST) / 0130 (GMT+1)
○ Wednesday War Games: 2100 (PST) / 0000 (EST)
○ Friday FUBAR Fridays: 2200 (EST) / 1900 (PST)

During operations, radio discipline is mandatory. If you're not calling out enemy fireteams or accidentally misreading your map grid, you're not speaking at all. Everyone goes loud, or no one goes loud.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

Every WonkQ operation follows a tightly-knit hierarchy.

○ Commandant Supreme: That’s us—don’t question it.
○ Squad Leaders: Designated by their superior squad coordination capabilities.
○ Fireteam Captains: An Honor that is earned, not given.
○ Riflemen: You. Yes, you. Get in line.

TACSPEAK

Effective communication is the cornerstone of tactical excellence. At WonkQ, we’ve developed a robust lexicon to maximize operational efficiency.

During Squad Operations, Tac Speak will be used at all times, or else disciplinary action will be determined by Squad Leaders, and on repeat offences, will be referred to the Commandant Supreme.

TACTICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. CALLSIGN SELECTION: All members must choose a callsign. Names like “Ghost,” “Hawk,” and “Reaper” are reserved for elite operators. Everyone else gets their online moniker, subject to approval by Fireteam Captains.
2. GAMEPLAY IMMERSION: Full RP is expected.

JOIN THE RANKS

1. A 15-question application.
2. A three-hour Discord interview to test your resolve under pressure. A Study Guide is available via the Commandant Supreme.
3. Immediate deployment into a Squad Operation with objectives determined by Squad Officers. Trainee must demonstrate exceptional performance, perseverance, and obedience while under extraordinary pressure.
