Really though, why is the rum always gone???

So, truth be told, I've already designed a simple but effective website that could possibly be used to represent WITRAG on the web. However, I haven't hosted it anywhere nor gotten a domain. Both which cost money (screw free hosts and their banners/pop ups and limitations). However, the amount of money it does require is resonable in my opinion. To put it simply, it would cost about 45 dollars for a year for a host and domain. Would you at least used it if some of the members pitched in to pay for it? and so I'm also wondering if anyone would pitch in. 5 bucks from every member would be sufficient... but i know that isn't how life works.
