Welcome to Winning Raffles, a new raffle group that revolutionizes how TF2 and Dota 2 raffles are done!

We pride ourselves on the fact that our raffles are more cost-efficient, more rewarding, and safer than your average raffle group, thus giving you more chances to win!

We can claim this because all of our raffles must 100% adhere to the following set of requirements (which are not met by any other raffle group on Steam):

1) At least a 10% win rate per entry (no more than 10 maximum entry slots)!
2) Unlimited entries (YOU can determine your winning percentage!)
3) Raffle host makes no more than 10% in profits (Total entry pool = Prize value x 110%)!

All of our raffles will be publicly announced in the group announcements after meeting the above set of standards. If you see a raffle you would like to enter in, simply add the Raffle Host to your friends list. Once the host has accepted your friend request, pay the host the entry fee, and the host will give you a number (you can also select one). Once the raffle is full, the host will use www.random.org to randomly generate a number, and if your number is that number, you win!

1) Don't change name once you have entered a raffle
2) Be respectful to staff members
3) No refunds unless the raffle host cancels the raffle
4) Only staff members can hold raffles; apply for staff member if you want to host
5) No offensive language/images
6) Report staff member abuse to SteelShadowEx
7) Enjoy and have fun!
